We aim to process and dispatch all physical orders within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK.

Please note:

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside of our control.

🧵 Workshops & Non-Physical Items

If you have booked a workshop or event, no physical item will be shipped.
Your booking confirmation email is your proof of purchase — just come along on the day.
