Through a series of guided activities, gentle movement, breathing techniques and playful exercises, Karen will create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where laughter comes naturally. Together, you'll share moments of fun, connection and positivity that can leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
You might find yourself pretending to start a lawnmower, greeting new friends with laughter, or joining in with wonderfully silly activities that help dissolve self-consciousness and encourage you to fully embrace the present moment.
While it may appear playful on the surface, Laughter Yoga is rooted in the belief that intentional laughter can have a positive impact on both body and mind. Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, more energised and deeply connected—not only to themselves, but also to those around them.

This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities. You can take part standing up or sitting down, and there is no need to be fit, flexible or have any previous experience.
