Christmas Themed Afternoon Tea Celebration | Sunday 6th December 2pm - 4pm

Christmas at Calme Nest has always had a very special place in my heart. 🎄❤️

We’ve hosted these afternoons before, and every year we learn a little more, add a little more, and somehow love them even more than the year before.

Because the truth is, it’s never really just about the afternoon tea.

Of course, the food matters. We want it to be generous, delicious and full of all those festive favourites we all look forward to. But what makes these afternoons so special is everything that happens around it.

It’s the beautiful, brightly lit Christmas tree 
The nostalgic Christmas music playing.
The crackers  on the tables.
The ridiculous paper crowns that somehow end up over everyone’s eyes. 
The chatter, the laughter, the warmth, the fizz, the little festive touches and that lovely feeling you only seem to get at this time of year.

It’s the love that goes into creating it all, and the way that love somehow fills the whole room.

And each year, I think we appreciate that more.

So this year, we want to create something that feels completely and utterly Christmassy from the moment you walk through the door.

After selling out all three of our Christmas Afternoon Tea dates last year, we’re doing just one this year.

Not because we’ve gone all baaah humbug on you 😂 — quite the opposite. We simply have so much other festive fun planned at Calme Nest that this is our one big Christmas Afternoon Tea date for 2026.

And we want to make it a beauty.

You can expect a generous traditional Christmas Afternoon Tea filled with festive favourites, including:

Festive sandwiches
Turkey with stuffing and cranberry
Honey roast ham with mustard mayo
Tuna and cucumber
Served on a selection of breads

Savouries
Festive pork pie
Sausage roll
Quiche

Something sweet
Fresh scones with clotted cream and jam
Mini mince pies
Christmas cake
Gingerbread biscuits
Plus a few extra festive treats because, well… it’s Christmas at Calme Nest. 🎄

Choose from regular tea or one of our festive tea blends, and enjoy a glass of non-alcoholic fizz or the real thing.

There’ll be crackers, music, decorations, festive table touches and plenty of little extras along the way.

But more than anything, we want you to leave feeling as though you’ve had a proper little slice of Christmas.

Warm. Full. Happy. Festive. And probably with a paper crown half hanging over one eye. 😂❤️

Vegetarian and vegan alternatives are available. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Last year these afternoons filled to capacity, and with only one Christmas Afternoon Tea date for 2026, we really wouldn’t leave this one too late.
